GATE Aeronautica Privacy Statement

The GATE Aeronautica Privacy Statement applies to all privacy-sensitive information that GATE Aeronautica receives. GATE Aeronautica does everything within the bounds of reasonableness to handle the information with which it has been provided with confidentiality and to use this information only for the purposes as described in more detail in its Privacy Statement. GATE Aeronautica complies completely with the privacy legislation in the Netherlands.

Information

The information submitted by candidates is stored in a database that is used by GATE Aeronautica (and only by GATE Aeronautica) within the framework of matching candidates with potential employers and in assisting candidates in their search for a new job. The only other use that GATE Aeronautica makes of your e-mail address is to keep you informed of developments within GATE Aeronautica or about your matching process.
An exception to this is the information you submit in your summarised profile. In this profile, you can determine yourself which pieces of information will be accessible for perusal and whether they may be published at all. This information, however, is always anonymous and serves only as a first impression for interested employers.
Employers with whom GATE Aeronautica works must comply with GATE Aeronauticas general terms and conditions and as such must comply with the GATE Aeronautica Privacy Statement.
GATE Aeronautica retains the right to change its Privacy Statement should GATE Aeronautica see reason to do so or whenever legislation or the administration of justice gives reason to do so.
