GATE Aeronautica expanded its services in view of the fact that companies are more and more looking for permanent personnel. After receiving the request from the client, GATE Aeronautica will try to find the perfect match for the vacancy. Based on the criteria given by the client GATE Aeronautica will look in its database for a suitable candidate. After finding suitable candidates, the information with regard to experience, licenses etc. will be sent to the client.
If the client accepts a CV and licenses of the candidate, GATE Aeronautica will see to it that an appointment is made between the client and the candidate for an interview. In case the candidate is not accepted for the job, GATE Aeronautica will do its utmost to find another candidate.
GATE Aeronautica will support the company and the candidate during the whole process of selection, interview, finalizing the contract etc.. In case the client and the candidate come to an understanding, GATE Aeronautica will ask a fixed price only after finalizing the contract. The fixed price is based on the services rendered to the company.
