ILS can be defined as a formal, structured, management discipline delivering a means of achieving agreed reliability, availability and maintainability requirements. Support solutions can be optimised and life cycle costs minimised.

ILS activities can be carried out at your premises, or conducted in-house at GATE. Depending on your specific requirements a GATE Lead Engineer will be appointed to ensure your needs are met. Industry standard tools and software are used, and work is carried out in accordance with the relevant standards, whether they are Mil-Spec, Def-Stan or AECMA.
Customer co-operation is paramount. For the duration of ILS projects our engineers will provide regular status reports, until the project is completed, satisfactorily, to the required standard.
