The GATE office is fully equipped with the latest IBM CATIA V4 and V5 systems as well as AutoCAD. Utilising these facilities and experienced personnel we can provide a complete tooling solution for your company. Our engineers have many years of experience in all aspects of tooling including major assembly jigs, sub assembly jigs, drill jigs and composite (including Glare) lay-up jigs.
Additional “in house” facilities include a fully equipped CNC programming department and access to CNC machine tools, providing the answer to any complex shaped tool requirements.
Secure electronic transmission of data in either direction is possible through our dedicated FTP server, E-mail or any transportable media.
