One of our teams at GATE Aeronautica is specialised in the Design and Production of injection mouldings for the synthetic material industry, including the pre-design of new products and the re-design of existing products.
Our standardisation system and flexible organisation means that we can deliver the necessary information in a short-term frame.
Our customers are Tooling and Die producers; production and Injection moulding companies; Conceptual and Design engineers; Industrial designers; Production developers; Architect offices and the Aircraft industry. We design and produce test dies for one off production, small batches and series production. We do our best to fulfil all customer requests.
Our experience in the synthetic industry, and the effective use of 3D design programs like CATIA version 4, CATIA CNC and MFG Prog, Cimatron Elite and Cimatron IT, allows us to design Dies in 3 dimensions. In the 2D Design programs like CATIA, CCD or Autocad LT 2000 we can produce the necessary 2D drawing packages.
We normally prefer to use our Cimatron software program because in Cimatron Elite we can start with a conceptual design and then translate all information to Cimatron IT, where we construct a complete Die in 3D. With this method of design we are able to check every phase of the process, enabling us to contact the customer at an early stage to discuss things that are possible, impossible or that disturb the Injection moulding process.
